The reservation involves the acceptance of the following conditions :

Any reservation option not confirmed within five days is regarded as null and void.
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No amount will be taken in advance, the payment will be made on the spot. Thank you to warn for any late arrival (after 21:00).
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. After this period, the total amount of the stay will be debited.
A stay that has commenced is subject to the full period booked.
For all group or multi-room bookings (more than four rooms), a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, by credit card or bank transfer, and must be received within five days of booking.

Rooms are available from 5 pm and must be vacated before 10am on the day of the departure.If the reserved room is vacated after the required check-out time (10:30 a.m.), the Client will be charged an additional night’s stay as a penalty.

We are a completely non-smoking establishment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hotel, including the rooms. Application of decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 setting out the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas. We reserve the right to charge a supplement of €150 to any guest who smokes in the room (this will entail a complete cleaning of all the textiles in the room and the closure of the room for 2 days) and to refuse him/her access to the hotel in the future.

If the reserved room is vacated after the required check-out time (10:00 a.m.), the guest will be charged an additional night as a penalty.

We do not accept pets.

We may ask the Client to leave the establishment without any compensation being paid and to pay the full amount of the Service booked in particular in the event of
Behaviour contrary to public morality or order, any damage, deterioration, act of vandalism caused by the Client or his employees or persons in his charge, during the occupation of the premises, on any movable or immovable property, furnishings, decoration or any other type of property present in the hotel
